Tracy’s Pet Grooming has now been operating for 10years by husband and wife team, Ross and Tracy Tapiolas. After marrying in 1988, Ross and Tracy worked in numerous jobs, however it was only when they followed their passion for animals and generated their own business that they have found a career that they were truly passionate about.
What originally began as a part-time business for Tracy, eventually pushed her into realizing that she had a true talent for grooming and clipping dogs. Both Ross and Tracy have successfully completed numerous training programs in grooming. It was over this period that her skills truly developed and her talent was only reinforced through the praise she was receiving from her customers.
Tracy’s Pet Grooming has now expanded to:
* A mobile service that operates in the Burdekin district
* A joint partnership with Dave’s Pet Barn in Townsville operating Saturdays and Sundays
* NQ Rep for K9 Containment Systems and products
* Having an online retail shop
* Selling business trailers, including systems
From day one Ross and Tracy have strived to provide a unique and quality service to their customers and the pets that are under their care. To ensure this Tracy’s Pet Grooming is:
* Continually attending training and seminars offered in capital city’s
* Using the latest equipment
* Regularly in contact with suppliers in Australia and overseas to ensure that only the highest
quality shampoos, conditioners, Tick/Flea treatments and essential oils are used.
